Project Read English Tutor
Project Read would be unable to function without volunteer support. Our volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds; the only requirement for tutoring is to be able to read and write and to be willing to share that skill with someone else. Volunteers, as well as our adult learners, must be at least 16 years of age. We ask for a six-month commitment from our adult learners and tutors. Generally, tutor and learner meet twice a week for 1.5 hours at a time.
